Pinty’s Wing Pizza


  • 1/2 box Pinty’s  salt and cracked black pepper chicken wings
  • 450 g (1 lb) pizza dough
  • 125 (1/2 cup) pizza sauce
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced
  • 8 multicolour cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) crumbled creamy goat cheese
  • 10 fresh basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake following instructions on the package.
  3. While wings are cooking, stretch out pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface to form a circle 33 cm (13 in.) in diameter.
  4. Place dough on a pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Spread sauce over dough keeping a 1 cm (1/2 in.) rim free of sauce. Top with  peppers, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and goat cheese.  
  5. Bake 18 to 22 minutes.
  6. Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula and whole chicken wings. Drizzle over with the BBQ sauce you’ll find in the Pinty’s box and top with basil leaves.
