- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Place chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake following instructions on the package.
- While wings are cooking, stretch out pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface to form a circle 33 cm (13 in.) in diameter.
- Place dough on a pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Spread sauce over dough keeping a 1 cm (1/2 in.) rim free of sauce. Top with peppers, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and goat cheese.
- Bake 18 to 22 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula and whole chicken wings. Drizzle over with the BBQ sauce you’ll find in the Pinty’s box and top with basil leaves.

- 450 g (1 lb) pizza dough
- 125 (1/2 cup) pizza sauce
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 8 multicolour cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 white mushrooms, sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) arugula
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) crumbled creamy goat cheese
- 10 fresh basil leaves
