Pinty’s Nachos

Ingredients

  • One box Pinty’s Eatwell Buffalo Chicken flings
  • 300g (one bag) tortilla chips
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sliced black olives
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, chopped fine
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grated mozzarella

Preparation

  1. Bake the Buffalo chunks in the oven following the instructions on the package.
  2. In an oven-safe dish, arrange the tortilla chips and top with the peppers, onion, olives and jalapeño pepper.
  3. Cut Buffalo chunks in two and arrange on top of the chips. Finish with the grated mozzarella.
  4. Bake at 450ºF (230ºC) until cheese is lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately.

TIPS: Short on time? Substitute store bought salsa for the chopped vegetables.
