Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place frozen thighs on the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Brush thighs with sauce and bake for a further 3 minutes, or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]).

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place frozen thighs in air fryer basket and spread evenly. Cook for 16 to 17 minutes, turning halfway through. Brush the top of the chicken thighs with the sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]).

Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat. Apply oil to grill. Place frozen thighs Place frozen thighs directly on grill and spread evenly. Cook for 28 to 30 minutes, turning frequently. Avoid cooking directly on hot areas of the BBQ. Brush thighs with sauce at the end of cooking. Turn and brush thighs again with sauce and cook for 1 minute or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]).
