Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place frozen breasts on the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake breasts for 21 minutes. Brush breasts with sauce and bake for a further 21 minutes, or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]).

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place frozen breasts in air fryer basket and spread evenly. Cook for 20 minutes, turning over halfway through. Brush breasts with sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes, or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]).
Preheat BBQ over medium heat. Apply oil to grill. Place frozen breasts breasts directly onto the grill and spread evenly. Cook for 20 minutes, turning frequently. Avoid cooking directly on hot spots on the BBQ. Brush half the sauce over the first side of the breasts and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and brush second side with sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Turn again and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until a safe and ideal internal temperature is reached (minimum 165°F [74°C]). Close the BBQ lid for each cooking session.
