Conventional
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) . Place frozen breast pieces on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Air Fryer
Preheat to 390°F (200°C). Place frozen chicken breast pieces in the basket and cook for 18 to 20 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking.
BBQ
Preheat BBQ on medium heat. Place frozen breast pieces directly on the grill and heat for 22 to 25 minutes. Turn frequently to avoid burning.
