PAN-FRY: Place bacon slices in a cold frying pan. Cook on medium heat, turning frequently for 6-8 minutes or until bacon is as crispy as desired. Drain on paper towels before serving.
MICROWAVE: Place bacon slices between two sheets of paper towel. Cook on HIGH for 1 ½ to 2 minutes per slice. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly.
