Cooking Instructions:

PAN-FRY: Place bacon slices in a cold frying pan. Cook on medium heat, turning frequently for 9-10 minutes or until bacon is as crispy as desired. Drain on paper towels before serving.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the bacon on a rack in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook 30 to 35 minutes, turning it every 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels before serving. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly.
