Wing Ingredients: Chicken wings (winglets, drumettes), water, rice starch, salt, spice extract, canola oil. Browned in vegetable oil (soybean and/or canola).
Bold BBQ Sauce Ingredients: Glucose/fructose, water, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, minced onion, minced garlic, natural flavour, blackstrap molasses, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, bourbon extract, tamarind, hydrolyzed corn protein, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sulphites.
Honey & Roasted Garlic Sauce Ingredients: Water, sugar, brown sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce (fermented soybeans, maltodextrin, salt), modified corn starch, glucose/fructose, soybean oil, minced garlic, blackstrap molasses, salt, garlic powder, spices, caramel colour, citric acid, natural flavour, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
Hot Sauce Ingredients: Vinegar, chili peppers, soybean oil, margarine (canola oil, water, palm and palm kernel oils, salt, whey powder (milk), vegetable monoglycerides, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate, citric acid, flavour, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d3), water, salt, spices, garlic powder, natural flavour, xanthan gum, guar gum, citric acid, lactic acid, yeast extract, soy lecithin, polysorbate 80, sodium alginate, red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, tbhq.
Preparation Instructions
Thaw unopened sauce packets in hot tap water while wings are cooking.
Important: Do not heat sauce pouch in microwave and/or oven.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°f (232°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen wings on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through.
Fryer: Preheat oil to 400°f (204°c). Cook for 5 ½ – 6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
BBQ: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place frozen wings directly on the grill and heat for 22-25 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°f (74°c) has been reached.
Caution: Leaving wings unattended may cause them to burn/char if not turned and monitored frequently.
Sauce: In a large bowl, pour the chosen sauce over heated chicken wings and sauce & toss™ until evenly coated. If desired, return to oven for an additional 5-7 minutes Or Enjoy the wings on their own and use the included sauces as a dip.
