Chicken Ingredients: Chicken breast, water, modified corn starch, salt, sodium phosphate in a coating of wheat flour, water, yellow corn flour, toasted wheat crumbs, corn starch, salt, spices, guar gum. Partially fried in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean).
Marinara Sauce: Water, crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, granulated garlic, spices, citric acid, sodium benzoate & potassium sorbate.
Parmesan Cheese: Omega 3 pasteurized milk, calcium chloride, lipase, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, salt, cellulose powder, natamycin.

Baby Parmesan Cheese Pouch: Milk.
Marinara Sauce Pouch: None
Thaw unopened sauce pouches in hot tap water while chicken is cooking.
Important – Do not heat sauces pouches in microwave and/or oven.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°f (232°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen crispy chicken breasts on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once until heated through.
Fryer: Preheat oil to 400°f (204°c). Cook for 5 ½ – 6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.
BBQ: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place frozen crispy chicken breasts directly on the grill and heat for 30 – 35 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°f has been reached. Toss it, dip it, drench it! Use as much or as little of the included sauces to create one of your pub favourites; chicken Parmesan or serve on a focaccia bun for a classic chicken Parmesan sandwich. On the menu!
Chicken Parmesan: Once the chicken breasts are heated as per instructions, cover the top of the chicken breast with the included marinara sauce and sprinkle on the desired amount of Parmesan cheese. Put it back in the oven until the cheese has melted. Serve with spaghetti! Or for a classic chicken Parmesan sandwich, serve on a delicious focaccia bun!
