Chicken Ingredients: Chicken breast, water, modified corn starch, salt, sodium phosphate in a coating of wheat flour, water, yellow corn flour, toasted wheat crumbs, corn starch, salt, spices, guar gum. Partially fried in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean).

Preparation Instructions

Thaw unopened sauce pouches in hot tap water while chicken is cooking.

Important – Do not heat sauces pouches in microwave and/or oven.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°f (232°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen crispy chicken breasts on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once until heated through.

Fryer: Preheat oil to 400°f (204°c). Cook for 5 ½ – 6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

BBQ: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place frozen crispy chicken breasts directly on the grill and heat for 30 – 35 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°f has been reached. Toss it, dip it, drench it! Use as much or as little of the included sauces to create one of your pub favourites; buffalo chicken sandwich, buffalo chicken salad, buffalo chicken with a blue cheese dip! On the menu!

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich: Drench the heated crispy chicken breasts in the included buffalo sauce. Drizzle on the blue cheese dressing. Serve on a toasted ciabatta bun. Serve with carrot and celery sticks!

Buffalo Chicken Salad: Toss together baby greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes in the included blue cheese dressing. Toss the heated crispy chicken breasts in the included buffalo sauce and slice. Serve the buffalo chicken breast slices over the blue cheese. Toss salad and serve.
