Ingredient

Wing Ingredients: Chicken wings sections (winglets, drumettes), water, rice starch, salt, spice extracts, canola oil. Browned in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean).

Medium Buffalo-Style Sauce Ingredients: Water, soybean oil, soybean & modified palm oil margarine (soybean oil, modified palm oil, water, salt, soy protein isolate, soy lecithin, monoglycerides, butter flavor [water, propylene glyvol, natural & artificial flavors], vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d3), chili peppers, distilled vinegar, salt. Less than 1%: garlic powder, spices, paprika, soy lecithin, citric acid, xanthan & guar gum, sodium alginate, yeast extract, polysorbate 80, lactic acid, tbhq, butter flavor (soybean oil, natural & artificial flavors, bha), red 40, yellow 5 & 6.

To Maintain Freshness: Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate.

Wings: None.

Buffalo Sauce: Milk, Soy.

Hot Sauce: None

Preparation Instructions

Do not refreeze thawed product. Cook from frozen.

Thaw unopened sauce packets in warm tap water while wings are cooking. Important: do not heat sauce pouch in microwave and/or oven.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°f (232°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen wings on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through.

Fryer: Preheat oil to 400°f (204°c). Cook for 4 ½ – 5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

BBQ: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place frozen wings directly on the grill and heat for 22 – 25 minutes turning frequently or until an internal temperature of 165°f (74°c) has been reached.

Caution: Leaving wings unattended may cause them to burn/char if not turned and monitored frequently.

Medium Buffalo Wing Eaters: In a large bowl pour the medium buffalo sauce over the heated chicken wings and toss until evenly coated.

Take It Up a Notch: Mix the medium buffalo sauce and the hot sauce pouch together. In a large bowl, pour the sauce mixture over the heated chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Enjoy the wings plain and use the included medium buffalo sauce and hot sauce as dips. Prepare the medium buffalo wings as per directions, use the hot sauce as a dip.
