PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Conventional
Pinty’s Since 1943 “Freezer to oven” Boneless Turkey Breast Roast is specially designed to be cooked straight out of the freezer.
Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C). Remove the turkey roast from the plastic bag. Do not remove the netting. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top of it. Brush roast with vegetable oil to prevent drying and place it on the rack. Do not cover. Place in oven and cook for 2.5-3 hours or until a thermometer placed in the center of the meat reads 165 °F (74 °C). Take the roast out of the oven, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
