Ribs - Ingredients

Pork, Sugars (sugar, molasses solids, fructose, maltodextrin, brown sugar), Vinegar powder(maltodextrin, modified corn starch, vinegar), Modified corn-starch, Tomato powder, Salt, Worcestershire sauce powder(Worcestershire sauce [molasses, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel, garlic, sugar, spice, tamarind, flavour], maltodextrin),Spice, Dehydrated garlic, Dehydrated onions, Dehydrated red bell peppers, Dehydrated lemon peel, Citric acid, Caramel, Smoke flavour, Flavour.

Smoky Mountain BBQ Sauce - Ingredients

Sugars(glucose-fructose, brown sugar, glucose), Water, Tomato paste, Vinegar, Salt, Mustard, Garlic powder, Modified corn starch, Dried onion, Chili peppers, Seasonings, Herbs, Spices, Natural and artificial flavour, Caramel, Xanthan gum, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate.

Sauce Preparation

Heat unopened sauce pouches in warm tap water while product is cooking.
Important: Do not heat sauce pouches in microwave or oven.

Preparation

BBQ: Preheat BBQ to 400°F (205°C). Remove ribs from plastic bag, leaving the sauce to glaze. Place ribs on the grill. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn ribs halfway through cooking and baste on both sides with remaining sauce or included pouches of sauce. For better results, avoid high heat when you start cooking.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Remove ribs from plastic bag, leaving the sauce to glaze. Place ribs on a cooking sheet covered with aluminium foil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking and glaze with remaining sauce or included pouches of sauce.

Caution: Leaving ribs unattended may cause them to burn/char if not turned and monitored frequently.
