Cooking Instructions:

Sauce preparation: Thaw unopened sauce pouches in warm tap water while product is cooking.


Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen (do not thaw) Pinty’s Since 1943 Freezer to oven boneless turkey breast roast is specially designed to be cooked straight out of the freezer. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Remove the turkey roast from the plastic bag. Do not remove the netting. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a cooking rack on top of it. Brush roast with vegetable oil to prevent drying and place it on the rack. Do not cover. Place in oven and cook for 2.5-3 hours or until a thermometer placed in the center of the meat reads 165°F (74°C). Take the roast out of the oven, cover it and let rest for 10 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
