Buffalo Style Sauce Ingredients: Water, soybean oil, soybean & modified palm oil margarine (soybean oil, modified palm oil, water, salt, soy protein isolate, soy lecithin, monoglycerides, natural flavor, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d3), chili peppers, distilled vinegar, salt. Less than 1%: garlic powder, spices, soy lecithin, citric acid, xanthan & guar gum, sodium alginate, yeast extract, polysorbate 80, lactic acid, tbhq, natural & artificial flavor, red 40, yellow 5 & 6.

To Maintain Freshness: Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

Preparation Instructions:

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°f (232°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen chicken chunks on the baking sheet, place on middle rack in oven and heat for 30 minutes, turning once, until heated through.

Fryer: Preheat oil to 400°f (204°c). Heat for 4 ½ – 5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Pound Back the Chunks: In a large bowl, pour the buffalo style sauce over the heated chicken chunks and toss until evenly coated.
