Microwave oven: Place chicken strips on a microwave safe plate or container. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top of stove: remove product from all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp (15 ml) of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add desired amount of chicken directly to frying pan and sauté for 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes, stirring frequently until warm. The product is heated when an internal temperature of 74°c (165°f) is reached.
