Thaw unopened ranch sauce packet in hot tap water while chicken is cooking.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°f (218°c). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place frozen chicken chunks in a single layer on the baking sheet. Heat for 20 – 25 minutes, turning over halfway through heating times. Let stand 1 – 2 minutes before serving.
